Meeting Rooms and Resources
Due to COVID-19 Level 2 cleaning requirements bookings are only available 8am-midday and 1pm-5pm, or 8am-5pm.
Even if you only need the room for part of the time you need to book the whole slot.

Kauri with video conferencing
AvailableSeats up to 35.
Seats multiple seating arrangements including U Shape, Boardroom, Theatre, and Cafe style.
Kauri Room has high ceilings and great lighting.
Video conference facilities include a large 55-inch Smart TV-AV with Chromecast, Apple TV, and HDMI cable connectivity, a Webcam for video, and a Bluetooth microphone/speaker suitable for the center of a boardroom table.
The TV can be set up as a meeting participant if using a tool like Jitsi, or the host can connect and share their screen if using a tool like Microsoft Teams. BYO additional microphones, cameras or projectors if needed.
Tea/Coffee and Catering options available on request
Pricing - Starts at $35 per hour with a flat $25 fee for video conference facilities, half day/full day discounts apply. Available after-hours and weekends on request, please contact us to check availability.- Seats up to 25.

AvailableKoru is our small interview/counselling room. Perfect for one on one meetings.
Includes a desk if working with clients during the day and needing to take notes etc
Has teleconferencing facilities so perfect room for making those video calls for business or personal use

Prices start from $16 per hour and scaled for half/full day and weekly bookings.

Kawakawa
AvailableKawakawa just like our local town is a linking space. It can be linked to our large Kauri room with your bookings if needing a break out room for your sessions.
It is also booked from time to time by our Educator John Cree from Kip McGrath for teaching his students and links through to his centre.
When not in use by the above it is available on request when our other rooms are booked. Please make a tentative booking and we will confirm the room's availability

AvailableA hot desk in the shared area.
Comes with WiFi and unlimited tea and coffee.

Not Available Why?Seats 6- 8 boardroom or 12-15 Theatre Style.
Harakeke has great light and bright aspect with elevated windows.
Optional extras with Room hire include a large 55-inch Smart TV-AV with Chromecast or HDMI cable features, along with a large Whiteboard for additional presentation notes.
